华新牌矩形块式换热器由矩形石墨封头、石墨 换热块及其间的密封垫片等迭装组成。因换热块仅承 受压力并为整体结构、无胶结缝，因而结构强度较 高 .抗冲击性良好。

水封侧板为铸铁板，检修装拆简便。也可制成双 向防腐结构。该设备可作加热器、冷却器、冷凝器. 物料流程可为1-4流程。
