结构简单、紧凑、流体阻力小,可制造大型设备。 但耐压、耐温较块孔式低。适用于非强烈冲击、振动较 小的场合,并以作冷却(冷凝)器为好。
本设备分1型和Ⅱ型。 I型不带气液分离器Ⅱ型带气 液分离,作冷凝器是应选用Ⅱ型。
本设备一般由2/2毫米挤压石墨2管组装。也可 生产由5/7 . 6 . 0毫米石墨管组装的换热器。
浮动管板的外圆密封圈一般用盘要密封,也可用0 型橡胶密封圈。

The product has simple and compact structure and small fluic resistance.We can manufacture large equipment of this model.of coures.it's abilities of pressurt-resistance and heat-resistance are lower than the Block Type grahpite heat exchanger"s,so it suit for the situation of the no strong schock and smller vibration,it's best to be used as a cooler(condenser).
These equipments are divided into model I and Ⅱ.
The model I hasn't the gas-liquid seperator.and the model Ⅱ has it ,The condenser must use model Ⅱ.
General,these type equipments are manufactured by 22/32mm sup- pressed graphite tube,also made up of 25/37mm or 36/50mm sup- pressed graphite tube.
The extermal.circle of the floating tube plate or dinary use the twistionroots to be sealed,also use the "o"shape rubber sealingcircle. Technical character:(made after HG/T 3112-98)
